Products ordered from this website are only shipped to the United States. Our warehouse is open Mon-Thurs. If the order is placed Monday – Wednesday, most orders will be shipped the next day the order is placed. If not, shipment is within two or three business days. Free Shipping is only available for the continental US only.
Returns & Refund Policy
You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us by calling 1-800-546-3729 to receive a “Return Authorization Number” which will ensure a quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Product must be returned in original condition and in the original boxes. Please include the Return Authorization number on the front of the returned package. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping to return merchandise unless there was a shipping error on our part. Customers will receive a refund on the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Please allow 10 business days to complete the refund.

The System One M200 Intercom System combines advanced technology with simplicity, creating a full-featured intercom, music, and door answering system in one easy to use system. Don't just hear your visitors at your door but go state of the art and see them as well with the System One M200 Intercom by Valet. System One M200 is an advanced home communications and entertainment system that can support a master station and a combination of up to 20 room stations and door stations. Master Stations available include the S1M (see Related Items) which is designed to fit in the same sized space as older Valet system masters but does not have video capability or this M200 Compact Video Master Station with the additional functionality of video. Front Door stations are available with or without a camera to accommodate either master station, and room stations come in three colors to match any decor. You can configure a system without a master station using just audio door stations such as the Bronze S1FDB or Silver S1FDS and the S1R room stations in various color choices to match your decor.
