Products ordered from this website are only shipped to the United States. Our warehouse is open Mon-Thurs. If the order is placed Monday – Wednesday, most orders will be shipped the next day the order is placed. If not, shipment is within two or three business days. Free Shipping is only available for the continental US only.
Returns & Refund Policy
You must contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us by calling 1-800-546-3729 to receive a “Return Authorization Number” which will ensure a quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Product must be returned in original condition and in the original boxes. Please include the Return Authorization number on the front of the returned package. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping to return merchandise unless there was a shipping error on our part. Customers will receive a refund on the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Please allow 10 business days to complete the refund.
